I have been attempting to cancel my property tax deferment for one month. I have been calling daily since the middle of June. I am put on hold for up to one hour and thenI hang up in frustration. Each time I request a call back and I have NEVER been called back. I actually spoke to someone once on July 5 and gave them my request for cancellation. I asked for my current amount owing and was told $226,436..90 and I would receive a payout letter in about two days. I have not received it and I continue to call daily. I called again today, July 30, at 9:04 a.m., was on hold for 28 minutes and then my call was dropped.
